SERVICES TO BE RENDERED
- Initial Consultation to evaluate Client's particulars selection criteria pursuant to Visa Category.
- Provide detailed consultation using dedicated Case Management System and up to date requirements of the authorized assessing bodies.
- Creation of application profile for the Client and Client's dependents.
- Complete preperation of required file for the purpose of application for Visa Category.
- Represent the Client with all registerd authorities in order to provide all information and documents required for the application.
- Upon receipt of Invitation to Apply, submission of final stage application under registered agent.
- The Counseling and Preperation of the Client for any personal interview required.
- All other matters The Immigration Office may consider necessary in an effort to ensure that the Client's application is properly processed.
- Lodge onine application to relevant Assessment body. It is the Client's responsibility to present accurate, complete information and relevant education documents and any other supporting document/information required and/or requested through a registered agent.
The Client further acknowledges that the time required to process an immigration application depends on multiple factors, which are beyond The Immigration Office control. The Client acknowledges that no warranty is given as to the length of time required to process the application or the visa issuance. Te Immigration Office as a consultancy firm, undertakes to give consultancy to the Client and coordinate with the Client and the relevant Government offices/s but cannot guarantee visa issuance s that purely is the discretion of the relevant Government office.
SERVICE DELIVERY
The Service is to be delivered refers to a consultancy service delivered at the time the Client is assigned to a Case Manager and hi/her application is launched by the registered agent. The duration of the service is out of the consultant control and depends solely on the respected Government authorized to issue an answer to the visa application.
The company's consultancy service is delivered at the time of retaining the service, evaluation of the case and submission of the application, based on the stages mentioned within the Retainer ship Agreement.

6. MULTI-CURRENCY PRICED TRANSACTION
The displayed price and currency selected by you, will be the same price and currency charged to the Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt.

Accepts payement by Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED for its products and services. All onine purchase are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant services providers. Please review respective merchant service provider's user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. Interpretation. These Terms of USe supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of COMPANY. All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payement.
8. REPRESENTATIONS BY YOU
By visiting the Site, you represent, warrant and covenant that (a) you are at least 18 yearsold; (b) that all materials of any kind submitted by you to WEST AVENUE VISA SERVICES through the Site or for inclusion on the Site will not plagiarize, violate or infringe upon the rights of any third-party including trade secret, copyright, trademark, trade dress, privacy, patent or other personal or proprietary rights. 13. GOVERNING BODY FEES
The CLIENT bears the entire fees pertaining to the governing body / professional registration body and other related cost like attestation, notarization, etc. as advised by WEST AVENUE VISA SERVICES on a consolidated as all government fees are to be paid directly to governing bodies.
14. FULL DISCLOSURE AND VERACITY OF INFORMATION
The CLIENT agrees at all times, to provide all personal, financial, employment ,current registration with any governing body whether in home country or elsewhere and/or other information WEST AVENUE VISA SERVICES shall require.
The CLIENT further agrees upon the request of any governing body to provide that body with whatever information may be requested.
The CLIENT acknowledges that all information requested of him/her pursuant to this paragraph (9) must be disclosed in a timely, accurate, truthful, complete and Full manner. * *For greater certainty, if any information disclosed by the CLIENT is found to constitute misrepresentation, WEST AVENUE VISA SERVICES may terminate this Agreement immediately by giving notice in writing to the CLIENT.
15. COPYRIGHT POLICY
WEST AVENUE VISA SERVICES may terminate the privileges of any user who uses this Site to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a license, express consent, valid defense or fair use exemption to do so. If you submit information to this Site, you warrant that the information does not infringe the copyrights or other rights of third parties.
